Dana Lee is a filmmaker, actor, and stunt performer based in Dublin, Ireland. With a multicultural background — Arab, Persian, and German — she brings a richly layered perspective to her work in the Irish film industry. Passionate about both storytelling and performance, Dana is steadily building a career that spans the creative and technical sides of filmmaking.
Her artistic journey began early, rooted in theater throughout middle and high school. She later refined her craft through formal training at Bow Street Academy and one-on-one coaching with respected acting instructor David Michael Scott. Over the past four to five years, Dana has also developed her stunt performance skills under Philip Condron, gaining expertise in screen combat and physical acting.
Dana’s career includes both on-screen roles and behind-the-scenes work. She has appeared in productions such as Mad Cows from Planet Moo and Disembodied Hitman, and worked as Director of Photography for Mayday Mayday. As a filmmaker, she has written and directed several short films, including her current project Hidden Beneath the Skin, which draws inspiration from Irish folklore. Her other works include Rose Coloured Specs, a modern relationship drama, and Easy Going, a short action comedy. These projects highlight her versatility and her ability to explore different genres with emotional and narrative depth.

In addition to her creative work, Dana is pursuing a full-time master’s degree in journalism. Despite the demanding balance, she remains focused on growing as both a director and actor, with a particular interest in stories that carry psychological, cultural, and emotional weight.
With a growing portfolio and a clear dedication to her craft, Dana Lee is a rising voice in Irish cinema — versatile, driven, and ready to make her mark.
