On Saturday, September 21st, 2024, something special is happening at The Racket Space. CONNECTIONS is an all-day, free event that blends figurative arts with the pulse of electronic music, creating a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t want to miss. From 1 PM to 9 PM at The Bernard Shaw, get ready to have your senses awakened through a unique mix of music, live art performances, and stunning exhibitions.
Presented by Absys Records, The Racket Space, Bodytonic, and Leonardo Biagini The Age of Love, CONNECTIONS highlights the powerful connection between artistic expression and music. With partners like Starfish Magazine, Unit.70 Studio, Nowhere Music Club, and Phever Radio, this is your chance to dive into a creative atmosphere that celebrates unity through art.
Special Guests
Headlining the event is none other than Italy’s DJ Thomas T, a legend whose energetic sets have rocked clubs around the globe. Joining him is Ireland’s own Dean Sherry, a Phever Radio icon known for pioneering the underground scene. Expect a seamless mix of house, techno, and surprises that will keep you moving.
Art Meets Music
In addition to the music, CONNECTIONS brings art to life. Throughout the day, you’ll be treated to performances and exhibitions, including:
- Simone Sardelli – A celebrated Italian photographer known for his work in the iconic “Le GiubbeRosse” exhibition.
- Nando Adiletta – An acclaimed artist from Brown Bag Films.
- Mariam Khelaia – A rising star in the world of Georgian painting.
Riccardo Mariani will curate stunning visuals (you might know him from Eurovision and Electric Picnic), while Ayrton O’Brien will read poetry from Milky Way of the Heart, blending words and visuals that will move you.
